This application is the first stage of the world's first commercially available comprehensive asset management solution. With excellent use of graphics and user friendly this hospitality costing and purchase/sales creation tool simplifies cost, orders and budget control.

Web tender module

Your corporate identity is integrated into the application and the link added to your website. RFQ's from HOTELSTOCK or WELLCOST are uploaded onto the application and suppliers are able to post their bids. Your buyer views this online and downloads the preferred suppliers details and tender and uploads into the system under the item listing. Purchase or service orders can be created here or transferred into the hotel stock inventory control system, the purchase/service order document and logistics management systems as required.

Post opening asset management

The completed database of assets for the business unit is made available for the owners or housekeeper to record warranties, quality issues and any issue replacement orders.

The OS&E control solution

The HOTELSTOCK Global Stock Control System is ideally suited to companies involved in Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) handling at all levels. Our solution for organisations involved in OS&E is very similar to our offering for those in FF&E. This solution works alongside FF&E and works with the new tender, procurement & costing module.
