Ken thrives on the variety of work found at the company and is always motivated by the challenge of a new project or a piece of electronics to fix.
Neil Kline
Application Development
Neil describes himself as a "more successful Wile E. Coyote"—a versatile and determined problem-solver who hasn’t met a complex bug he couldn't hunt down. Having worked across industries ranging from fashion to live music, Neil eventually found his home in logistics software. He’s a detail-focused developer who thrives on the "tunnel vision" required to get a project live. Neil loves the friendly atmosphere of the office, though he’s equally at home working remotely or in a hybrid setup (as long as there are biscuits and tea nearby). An amateur astronomer and a secret spoons player, Neil brings 40 years of expertise and a great sense of humour to our development team.

As our Support Engineer, he is responsible for the end-to-end experience of LSL Software—from installation and training to the creation of bespoke SQL and MS Access reports. Peter’s expertise extends beyond our own platforms, providing vital IT and Windows-based support for our clients' physical infrastructure. Driven by a genuine desire to help others, he combines an in-depth understanding of freight forwarding with a passion for new technology. When he isn't solving complex technical issues, Peter is likely building custom PCs, gaming, or exploring the outdoors on a camping trip.
Stuart Must
Support Engineer
With two decades of industry experience, Stuart is the steady hand behind our clients' hardware and systems. Specialising in Microsoft 365 migrations, hardware maintenance, and Azure AD, he ensures that technical infrastructure remains seamless and secure. Before joining the team, Stuart managed IT for a large construction firm, a role that honed his ability to handle complex, multi-site technical challenges. He is a detail-focused professional who believes that the best IT support comes from spotting the small things before they become big problems. When he isn't troubleshooting for clients, Stuart enjoys tinkering with old electronics or unwinding with a quiet walk and a good podcast.
